This program offers the participants to explore and understand the significance of skill-building through the various modalities of Collaborative Learning; Problem-based Learning, Project-based Learning and Inquiry-based Learning to enable them to be able to critically analyze information, and develop solutions to real-world problems.
The ETTA design philosophy integrates the structured hierarchy of Bloom’s Taxonomy’s Thinking Skills with the depth-focused SOLO Taxonomy, aiming to construct comprehensive learning objectives that guide students through a progression of cognitive complexity and understanding.
This program strives to provide teachers and educators with the necessary tools to craft assessments that contribute to the establishment of a dynamic feedback loop. Through the adept implementation of diverse assessment strategies, our program ensures that educators possess the expertise needed to accurately gauge student capabilities, thereby enhancing and enriching the overall educational experience.
ETTA offers the trainees to imbibe a systematic approach towards formulating and enhancing questions, distilling intricate aspects of divergent, convergent, and metacognitive thinking into a seemingly straightforward yet highly effective and replicable technique through their teaching.
This program offers the participants to explore and engage in the active application of the effective use of pictorial tools for breaking down and brainstorming conceptual thoughts and ideas, as well as to assess and employ age-appropriate application of Graphic Organizers, thereby enhancing the efficacy of teaching and learning.
At the time of applying, candidates should have:
- a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area of specialization
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- basic computer knowledge
- a passion for education
