She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Mumbai, as well as a Master’s in Education from the University of Northampton, United Kingdom. Her professional journey began as a classroom teacher and gradually grew into academic leadership. She served as the Academic Head at R. N. Podar School, where she worked closely with teachers to strengthen classroom practices, curriculum implementation, and school branding. She later played a key role in establishing the TISB Training Academy and went on to lead it for over a decade. Mrs. Thomas partners with National Public School ITPL, National Public School North, and National Public School Dommasandra, working closely with teachers and leadership teams to drive curriculum innovation, build teacher capacity, and elevate professional learning. She leads and mentors the R&D team to design and implement impactful, future-ready systems that strengthen teaching practices and foster continuous growth.

Trained at the TISB Training Academy, she has mentored teacher trainees, co-created EVS books for the NPS Group, and conducted workshops that strengthen classroom practice. At ETTA, she delivers soft skills programmes in both in-person and e-learning formats, building confidence, communication, and leadership. She has trained doctors at Columbia Asia Hospitals, teams at Biocon and GlaxoSmithKline, and students at Deens Academy—while also designing and developing impactful training curricula. She additionally coordinates the e-learning programme with animators, ensuring engaging and interactive content. Her programmes consistently deliver measurable results in communication, etiquette, and leadership, driving both professional excellence and personal growth.

With extensive expertise in early years teaching, curriculum design, and facilitation, Uzma Unnissa has spent over a decade shaping vibrant, student-centred classrooms. She has worked with reputed institutions such as the Podar Group of Schools and Chrysalis, and for the past four years has been contributing to National Public School, where she continues to mentor teachers and foster innovation in education. At ETTA, she designs and tailors programmes specifically for pre-primary teachers, aligning training to early years’ needs and ensuring engaging, impactful learning environments for young children.

With a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D modelling, Jay Janardhan blends creativity with technical expertise to craft compelling visual experiences. Having worked with JGI Group, Taproots AI Pvt. Ltd., and Blissify Events, he specialises in transforming concepts into visually engaging stories that inspire and connect. At ETTA, he designs animations for e-learning programmes and contributes to marketing through impactful visuals, making the organisation’s content both dynamic and memorable.
