This certificate course is designed for teachers who want to sharpen everyday classroom practice with strategies they can use immediately. It brings together core elements of effective teaching, from Collaborative Learning and Starters and Plenaries that make lessons engaging and purposeful, to Bloom’s Taxonomy and Graphic Organisers that strengthen thinking, questioning, and clarity of learning.
The course also focuses on the human side of teaching through Emotional Intelligence and Classroom Management, helping teachers build strong relationships, respond thoughtfully to behaviour, and create calm, well structured learning environments. Together, these modules offer a practical, balanced approach to professional development that helps teachers teach with confidence, intention, and impact.

The Diploma is a structured sixteen-module professional development programme designed to strengthen pedagogy, lesson planning, assessment literacy, classroom strategies, and reflective teaching. It blends research-based theory with practical tasks, portfolio development, and contact classes to ensure direct classroom relevance.
The programme is open to graduates from any stream holding a recognised degree. It is designed for in-service teachers, fresh graduates preparing to enter the teaching profession, educators seeking professional development without a B.Ed., and school leaders or coordinators who wish to strengthen their pedagogical understanding.
This Diploma is a professional qualification focused on immediate classroom application. It is aligned with NEP and NCF expectations, offers flexible pacing, and emphasises practical, strategy-based learning rather than extended internships. Participants complete two structured lesson practices supported by mentor feedback.
The programme covers soft skills, classroom management, engaging teaching strategies, assessment literacy, purposeful lesson design, and reflective practice. All components are aligned with NEP expectations and prepare teachers for contemporary school environments.
The programme follows a blended structure. Monthly learning modules are delivered online, accompanied by virtual contact classes. Three physical contact classes are scheduled during the year, of which attendance at two is compulsory.
The Diploma enhances eligibility for teaching pre-primary, primary, and middle school classes. Final placement is determined by the participant’s academic qualifications and the requirements of individual schools.
Applicants must submit the application form, upload required documents, receive an admission confirmation and payment link, and then access the LMS credentials and mentor details.
Participants typically require four to six hours per week to complete readings, view learning videos, engage in module tasks, and work on their portfolio.
Assessments are practical, application-based, and designed to support achievable progress. Participants complete tasks such as preparing lesson plans, conducting teaching demonstrations, interpreting classroom scenarios, and engaging in reflective writing. The emphasis is on professional growth rather than high-stakes testing
Participants may request a deferment with a valid reason. As modules unlock sequentially, the programme offers structured yet flexible pacing.
Yes. The Portfolio is a compulsory requirement for certification and must include reflections, lesson practice records, observer notes, and the Teaching Dossier.
Yes. Each participant is assigned a mentor who offers structured academic guidance and clarity throughout the programme.
Yes. Attendance at two of the three scheduled contact classes is mandatory.
No. Certificates are issued only after the completion of all modules and the full Portfolio. Participants receive a Diploma Certificate and a Transcript of Grades.
