The programme is open to graduates from any stream holding a recognised degree. It is designed for in-service teachers, fresh graduates preparing to enter the teaching profession, educators seeking professional development without a B.Ed., and school leaders or coordinators who wish to strengthen their pedagogical understanding.
This Diploma is a professional qualification focused on immediate classroom application. It is aligned with NEP and NCF expectations, offers flexible pacing, and emphasises practical, strategy-based learning rather than extended internships. Participants complete two structured lesson practices supported by mentor feedback.
The programme covers soft skills, classroom management, engaging teaching strategies, assessment literacy, purposeful lesson design, and reflective practice. All components are aligned with NEP expectations and prepare teachers for contemporary school environments.
The programme follows a blended structure. Monthly learning modules are delivered online, accompanied by virtual contact classes. Four physical contact classes are scheduled during the year, of which attendance at two is compulsory.
The Diploma enhances eligibility for teaching pre-primary, primary, and middle school classes. Final placement is determined by the participant’s academic qualifications and the requirements of individual schools.
Applicants must submit the application form, upload required documents, receive an admission confirmation and payment link, and then access the LMS credentials and mentor details.

Yes. The Portfolio is a compulsory requirement for certification and must include reflections, lesson practice records, observer notes, and the Teaching Dossier.
