The wisdom of Rabindranath Tagore – “The education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence”, resonates deeply, especially in today’s complex world.
As an educationist, I share the vision of empowering students to navigate global challenges with intellect, conviction and responsibility.
At NPS, we are committed to reimagining education by fostering a culture where students can discover their true potential and pursue their passions. Our approach combines academic excellence with a focus on personal growth, ensuring that every student is empowered with the life-skills essential for success.
We celebrate diversity in our classrooms, recognizing each student’s unique journey. By instilling principles and values, we prepare them to be dynamic, empathetic members of their communities. We believe that education is not just a preparation for life—it is life itself and strive to make every learning experience meaningful and impactful.

From the Dean’s Desk
Our society venerates scientists, entrepreneurs, innovators and artists while the heroes who work behind the stage for their progress and success, slip into oblivion. These unsung heroes are none other than the teachers who have a direct responsibility and influence on what their students will become.
The destiny of our society depends on teachers to a great measure, and that is why we need to talk about the role of teachers. They give children purpose, set them up for success as citizens of our world, and inspire in them a drive to do well and succeed in life.
Teaching is a profession that creates all other professions. In fact, teachers feel that it’s a calling – to teach, and dedicate themselves to their students. Whether they bloom as successful citizens by actualizing their potential or wilt and wither away constrained by the lack of knowledge or stimulation is decided by the teacher who they come in contact with.
No matter how wisely constructed an education system is or how well-conceived the educational strategy, without quality teachers to implement them, they remain paper tigers. Education has gone through and still undergoes a plethora of significant changes, and one of the most important ones is changing the focus toward the role of teachers
Redefining the role of the teacher, empowering them by imparting the twenty first century skill sets and techniques they require to shape young minds is the objective we have set out at Edufrontiers Teacher Training Academy ensuring we utilise our demography to our advantage and reiterate globally that we are the knowledge capital of the world.
