The purpose of Bloom’s Taxonomy training for teachers is to help them plan lessons, questions, and assessments that move students from basic recall to deeper thinking, application, analysis, and creation in a structured and intentional way. This workshop was conducted to help teachers move beyond surface-level questioning and task design. Teachers worked with real classroom questions and activities, sorting them by levels of thinking and redesigning them to deepen cognitive demand. Collaborative challenges encouraged teachers to plan for progression from recall to reasoning. Teachers reported greater clarity in questioning and improved planning for thinking-rich lessons.
