Using classroom-based case studies and real examples, teachers analyzed situations involving ineffective transitions, unclear expectations, inconsistent rule enforcement, and loss of instructional time. Discussions focused on how explicitly teaching, practicing, and reinforcing routines creates predictable learning environments and supports positive student behaviour.
