Clarifying Learning Objectives and Outcomes

This workshop was conducted to reduce confusion between teaching intentions and evidence of learning. Teachers began with a sorting activity to distinguish objectives, activities, and outcomes, followed by rewriting exercises using real lesson examples. Through discussion and peer feedback, teachers gained clarity in aligning intent with evidence. Teachers reported that lesson planning felt simpler, more focused, and more purposeful.
