Emotional Intelligence and Empathy, as core skill set training, was conducted in response to the emotional complexity teachers increasingly encounter in classrooms. Teachers worked through realistic case scenarios involving anger, anxiety, withdrawal, and conflict. Empathy-mapping activities helped teachers step into students’ perspectives, followed by guided practice in framing calm, respectful responses. Teachers reported greater confidence in handling emotionally charged moments and building classrooms that feel safe, respectful, and supportive of learning.
