This module supported teachers in conducting effective parent–teacher conferences and was delivered as an extensive workshop spread across the academic year. The training used realistic PTC role-play scenarios, where teachers were given situations and asked to write their own dialogues for sensitive conversations involving differing expectations and concerns around student progress. Guided discussion followed each role play, focusing on language, tone, professionalism, and maintaining a student-centred approach. The module reinforced trust-building and constructive partnership with parents.
