This module focused on developing reflection as a professional habit among teachers. Teachers examined classroom examples and discussion scenarios where teaching practices were routine-driven or overly directive, limiting opportunities for improvement. Through guided discussion, teachers explored reflective strategies such as reflection questions, professional journals, and self-check routines to analyze their own instructional decisions. The session emphasized reflection as a tool for continuous professional growth, informed decision-making, and improved classroom practice.
