This module focused on strengthening teachers’ communication skills in classroom and professional contexts and was conducted as an extensive workshop spread across the academic year. The training used role-play scenarios drawn from real school situations, where teachers were given contexts and asked to write and perform their own dialogues. Guided discussion followed each activity, enabling teachers to reflect on tone, clarity, word choice, and impact. The module emphasized communication as a learnable, practicable skill that improves through reflection, feedback, and sustained practice over time.
