The purpose of vision and mission training is to clearly define an organization’s long-term direction and core purpose, guiding decisions, priorities, and actions in a consistent and meaningful way. This session was conducted to help teachers move beyond simply knowing the school’s vision and mission to actively living them in their classrooms. Teachers unpacked their own school’s statements, highlighting words that felt meaningful and questioning those that felt distant. Through case scenarios, role-plays, and dilemma discussions, teachers explored how vision appears in everyday choices—language used with students, responses to mistakes, classroom expectations, and relationships. Teachers left with a clearer sense of alignment between school values and daily classroom practice.
