The Whole-Class Engagement workshop was conducted to ensure that learning involves every student, not just the most confident. During the workshop, teachers practiced whole-class strategies such as mini-whiteboard responses, choral answering, structured think-time, and supportive cold calling. Activities focused on experiencing these routines from a learner’s perspective to understand how predictable participation structures support inclusive engagement and allow teachers to gauge understanding across the class.
